三、灌注硫酸溶液的操纵方法

将已经调整好并达到规定密度和温度值的硫酸溶液用塑料桶艳服,运到需灌注硫酸溶液的蓄电池旁(或将蓄电池直接搬运到配酸槽旁),将灌注用的塑料漏斗插进注液口内,然后 用一只手把住塑料漏斗的把手,另一只手用水舀将硫酸溶液慢慢地倒进漏斗并灌进蓄电池内,在灌注的过程中,应从蓄电池的一侧开始,逐渐向另一侧移动。在灌注的过程中请不要一次将电解液灌满,要随时观查所灌的硫酸溶液是否达到规定的高度。在将整个蓄电池的各个单格都灌注完后,再重新对每个单格进行适量的补添,直至整个蓄电池各单格内所灌注的硫溶液面的高度符合要求为止。在灌注硫酸溶液的过程中,应留意漏斗口与注液口要有空隙,使灌注过程中蓄电池内的气体能顺利排出,硫酸溶液能顺利灌进。

(三)调整蓄电池灌注硫酸溶液面高度及温度控制的方法
